Before you submit your RFQ

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for scrubs and medical apparel?

We offer a low MOQ starting at 30 units per style, per colorway for private label programs (including medical scrub, medical apparel and scrubs related accessories).

Can I mix sizes and styles within one order?

Yes, with us you can mix wholesale order sizes and styles freely as long as the total per-style, per-colorway quantity meets MOQ. We’ll break this down clearly in your itemized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire) and L/C (letter of credit) for wholesale and export orders. Payment terms are confirmed as part of your quote.

Do you ship FOB, or can you handle door-to-door freight?

Standard terms are FOB from our Sialkot facility. We can also coordinate door-to-door freight to your US warehouse — let us know your preference.

Do you provide scrub and medical apparel samples before bulk production?

Yes. After your RFQ is reviewed and approved, we produce a pre-production sample for sign-off before cutting begins on the full order.
